The project consisted of constructing a new road connecting Northwest Avenue and Pacific Highway behind Costco in Bellingham, WA.  A new water main, gravity sewer, sewer force main, stormwater system and communication and power utilities were installed the length of the project.  Crews set an 18' wide precast concrete box culvert for conveyance of Bear Creek under the new Mahogany Avenue.  Six modular block walls were constructed and two traffic signal systems we installed.  Hardscaping included 7,500 LF of curb and gutter, 4,000 SY of sidewalk and placement of 6,000 tons of hot mix asphalt.
