Project Superintendent

We have an immediate opening for a Project Superintendent. Duties include but are not limited to site safety, crew and company resource management, understanding the project specifications and plans, budgeting, scheduling, equipment management and company policy implementation. Must have strong work ethic, be self-motivated, willingness to learn, and a team player. Must be willing to work throughout the State of Washington. Equal Opportunity Employer. Project Manager

We are seeking a well-qualified Project Manager to join our growing team. Job duties for this position include field management, estimating, establishing cost and schedule controls, subcontractor and supplier coordination and contract administration.  You will work directly with owners, consultants, estimators, superintendents, project engineers, field personnel and subcontractors.  Must be willing to travel. Position requires 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity in heavy civil construction and an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.  Strider offers a competitive salary and benefit package.  Salary dependent upon experience.  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Project Engineer

Strider has an immediate opening for a Project Engineer to join our growing team. Job duties for this position include project field support, limited estimating, cost and schedule controls, quality control, and assistance with contract administration.  You will work directly with project managers, estimators, superintendents, field personnel and subcontractors.  You must be a self-starter and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic environment.  Travel throughout Washington State should be expected. This position requires an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in a similar capacity is preferred for this position.
