This project requires transforming an old building site to an active boat storage yard to be used by the Port of Everett. The project includes demolition of an existing building, wood piling, asphalt and concrete surfacing. Following demolition the site was filled several feet and all new utilities were installed to include a large underground stormwater retention and collection system, water and electrical services to multiple boat stalls, and a site wide illumination system. The entire site is designed to withstand 60 Kip loading which requires installing reinforced concrete load distribution slabs over the detention system, custom storm structures, and a robust subgrade and paving section. The project also includes all new landscaping, irrigation, and decorative fencing.
