This project consisted of clearing and grubbing, temporary and permanent access improvements and erosion and sediment control.  Project required construction of a 10,000 SY upland staging and sediment handling area, excavation of contaminated sediment from the south end of Carty Lake, dewatering, disposal, and water treatment; clean sand placement, embankment construction and fish mix rock placement for bank stabilization.
