This project converted an existing grass field to a new Mount Vernon Park-n-Ride facility. The site was stripped and capped with over 20,000 tons of gravel borrow to bring the site to grade. Utility improvements were made to include storm drainage, water lines, sanitary sewer, and a site illumination and surveillance system. A large concrete bus loop and colored concrete platform was installed.
